Note from Brittany:
Thank you for taking this step toward bettering yourself. Deciding to begin therapy can be a daunting first step towards healing, but it is a necessary one. If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, or an inability to deal with change, then therapy might be right for you. I work with clients to develop ways of living that return your life back to you. Change does not happen alone. Healing does not have to happen alone. Reach out to me if you feel that you are ready to take another step in your journey of self-discovery and healing.
I have years of experience working with people from all walks of life. I don’t want you spending years stuck in negativity. I want to help you feel equipped to lead a happy and healthy life today. I focus on therapeutic modalities that give you the tools and skills to begin the process right away while we work together to develop insight into your life.
As a mother, wife, and a professional, I truly understand that life can be challenging and balancing all of the responsibilities can be overwhelming. I can support you in navigating life and making the changes that you want to make. I am excited to meet you where you are at and help you discover the best version of yourself.
