Groups for Emotional, and Spiritual Health
Group therapy brings people who have similar experiences together. Meeting other people recovering from or working through similar issues helps people realize that they are not alone, according to The Theory and Practice of Group Psychotherapy. Group counseling can help reduce social isolation and negative emotions, as well as increase positive peer relations and a sense of belonging.
We look forward to working with you.
“Overcoming difficulties leads to courage, self-respect, and knowing yourself.”
