Join us as we explore meaningful, healthy discussions about positive body image, self-confidence, self-esteem, mental health, balanced nutrition, mindful eating, and more. Together, during this hour, we will leave the toxicity of society behind and practice healthy and effective skills that serve us well. We will offer professional presentations that will provide psychoeducation about how specific topics influence our mental and physical health. This weekly support group is led by professional counselor from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy lens to create a safe space to navigate these difficult conversations. With years’ experience working with individuals struggling with healthy relationships with their body and food, Harrison can provide a mindful and gentle approach in facilitating connection and empathy for individuals struggling with body image.
