Jadyn holds Master degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor who have worked with children and young adults ages 6-23 in various levels of care including intensive outpatient program at FAIR and at Compass. She utilizes a strengths-based approach to empower teens and young adults to discover their strengths and resilience. She also focuses on helping clients   develop coping skills in a calm/ safe environment to work through challenges. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and evidenced-based practices.

Jadyn is  trained in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and can guide you through exposure work to better deal with complex anxieties and OCD. Exposure work is intentionally putting yourself in situations that trigger anxiety or fear, allowing client to slowly learn that their fears are not as dangerous as one may think. She focuses on  helping clients gain insight and a better understanding of their emotions, how to regulate them, developing interpersonal skills, improving self esteem and tolerating the uncertainties of life.
